Shipping Policy

At Beezy Nails, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping! Here is everything you need to know about how we get your orders to your doorstep.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches or holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: €4.90 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over €50 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

3. Order Tracking

We provide tracking for every single order.

  • As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation via email (and SMS if you provided your phone number at checkout).

  • This allows you to follow your package's journey in real-time.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • If you notice an error: Contact us immediately at contact@beezynails.com. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will update it for you.

  • If the package is already in transit: We will do our best to contact the carrier to modify the address or redirect the package to a local pick-up point near you.

5. Package Marked "Delivered" but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it:

  1. Check your mailbox and ask your neighbors (delivery errors can happen).

  2. If you still cannot locate it, contact us immediately at contact@beezynails.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Customs & Duties (International Shipping)

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
